Laurianne Cruzol

Administration & Finance Manager | DAF

Lau is a senior public finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the French public sector, including leadership roles at Inserm and the Ministry of Finance. She currently serves as Administration and Finance Manager during an international solidarity volunteer mission in the Philippines, supporting a biodiversity project through strengthened financial and administrative systems.

Her work focuses on reinforcing financial governance, structuring administrative processes, and building local capacity by introducing practical procedures and tools. She also trains and supports local teams to ensure compliant and sustainable management of internationally funded projects, helping improve the efficiency and reliability of project operations.

This work reconnects her professional expertise with her personal values. After decades in public finance, she sought to contribute more directly to initiatives with visible impact on people and the environment. Working alongside Indigenous communities and supporting biodiversity conservation has become a deeply transformative experience, strengthening her belief that strong governance and financial discipline are essential for lasting impact.

Her favorite nature moment is the golden hour facing Mount Iglit from the permaculture garden. She is guided by a reminder from Alphonse de Lamartine: “Reality is narrow, possibility is immense.”
