A cultural entrepreneur and executive leader with over 10 years of experience directing international cultural and educational projects, Maïa brings strong leadership in project development, partnerships, and communications.

Her expertise spans cultural strategy, organizational development, and art direction, supported by advanced studies in interactive and digital experiences, graphic and multimedia design, and international art and design programs from Gobelins, ENSAD Paris, and Parsons School of Design. She is passionate about fostering exchange and connection through creative practice, integrating sustainability and social impact into cultural programming.

As Executive Director of DAF, she oversees the organization’s missions and works to ensure that teams operate in the best possible conditions to deliver meaningful and effective programs. Her work is guided by a vision of humans and nature working together for a better future.
