Jack is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in History who brings a strong people-centered perspective to conservation work. As Field Technical Assistant, he works closely with TCP rangers across different areas in Mindoro, supporting field activities with a focus on community engagement and on-the-ground coordination.
His work is rooted in helping fellow Indigenous Peoples while also contributing to wildlife conservation. For Jack, the field is a constant space for learning—whether walking, resting, cooking, or preparing to sleep. He believes every moment presents an opportunity to gather important information, build relationships through conversation with IPs and rangers, or quietly observe when words are not possible.
He values time deeply in the field, guided by a simple belief he lives by: time is gold, especially when you are out on the ground doing the work.
