Arnold is a former Bantay Tamaraw under the Tamaraw Conservation Program Office (TCPO) and has long served as a key link between the MENRO and Indigenous communities on environmental concerns. As Field Technical Officer, he focuses on community engagement and works closely with Indigenous leaders, particularly within the SADIK area.
His work is deeply rooted in service—para sa mga katutubo—and in supporting the protection of the Alangan and Taobuid communities alongside broader conservation efforts. Known for always bringing his trusty keypad phone, Arnold approaches his work with quiet readiness and commitment.
He lives by a guiding belief he carries into the field every day: laging handa sa lahat ng haharapin, maging pagsubok man o hindi.
