Project Co-Director, Thriving Together with Tamaraw and Executive Director | MBCFI
Kyle is a wildlife biologist with over 15 years of experience in conservation and environmental management. She brings strong expertise in community-based stewardship and is deeply committed to advancing sustainable, community-driven approaches to biodiversity conservation through research, science communication, and environmental education.
As Executive Director of MBCFI and Project Co-Director of Thriving Together with Tamaraw, she provides overall supervision of organizational and project targets and serves as one of the key decision-makers, ensuring that strategy, science, and people remain aligned. Grounded but approachable, Kyle believes that taking care of oneself is essential to leading well, a mindset that allows her to show up fully for both the team and the work. And while her role often keeps her behind the scenes, she still finds joy in field moments, joking that her favorite field sound is “bat ultrasound, char!”
